I wake up and choose happiness. I choose to be happy. I do not let yesterday affect my today. I do not worry about tomorrow. I am fully present now. I wake up grateful each new day. I am abundant in each new day. I am able to breathe. I am able to see. I am able to hear. I am able to speak. I am able to smell. I am able to feel. I am in my right mind. I have a chance today, on this new day, to make new choices. If I make a mistake, it is okay. I have a chance to make a new choice, after I’ve made that mistake. I do not harbor on the mistake that was made. I forgive myself in that moment and look forward to making better choices. In realizing that I have made a mistake, I talk to God and ask for assistance in making better choices. This goes for every area in my life.

Making better choices involves choosing to stay present. Remaining present requires you to  enjoy each moment. As I remain present, I do not worry, stress, doubt, or fear. I always look for the best possible outcome of my circumstances. I know that God has a great abundant life for me and it is up to me to want to receive it and believe it.
I will be honest and say that in some moments, I may get emotional and question if the best possible outcome is attainable. In that moment, I have to ask myself,

Why do I feel this way?
What is making me feel this way?
How can I change this feeling?

Do I do something that makes me happy?
Do I pray and seek God?
Do I ask for help from my environment?
Do I journal about it?

Or, do I allow myself to stay in that feeling, knowing it isn’t the best for me if it’s making me feel like the best possible outcome isn’t attainable. If I allow myself to stay in this feeling, what will it do to my body? What will it do to my mind?

I will focus on a solution instead of staying in possible doubt, worry, or an anxious feeling. This is how I will move forward. I will be honest with myself daily about how I’m feeling. I will not ignore it. But in being honest with myself, I will remember that I will have a choice and with that choice, there is freedom.

And so, if there is something in that solution that I feel I do not have, I will go to God and spirit and ask. Asking with the belief that I will receive it.

Mantra

I do not hold on to my past. I do not hold on to what was. I look forward to the new. While I look forward to the new, I remain present.

I welcome and am open to New Opportunities
I welcome and am open to New Abundance
I welcome and am open to New Miracles
I welcome and am open to New Experiences

 Ase/Amen
